The Master of Management (MM) degree program at DAME is designed to develop strategic and socially responsible managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. To qualify, prospective students must complete the Midyear Program in Management (MPM) — an intensive preparatory course that assesses each applicant's readiness for graduate-level management education.

Major in Business Management

Established in direct response to the rapid growth of industrial and non-agri-based enterprises in the Philippines, the MM BM develops success-oriented, socially responsible managers equipped to establish, lead, and grow economically viable organizations.

MM ABME

Major in Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship

39 Units · 9 Core · 30 Major

At the intersection of rigorous management education and the dynamic world of agribusiness, the MM ABME develops graduates with entrepreneurial drive and analytical depth to invigorate the agri-food economy through venture creation, innovation, and strategic enterprise development.

Major in Cooperative Management

36 Units · 9 Core · 24 Major · 3 Elective

A joint program with ICOPED, the MM CM equips students with advanced knowledge in management, entrepreneurship, and enterprise development — all contextualized within the unique dynamics of the cooperative sector.

Admission Requirements

  • Complete the Midyear Program in Management (MPM) as a preparatory gateway.
  • At least two years of management-related work experience.
  • Strong recommendations and complete graduate application documents.
  • Compliance with current UPLB Graduate School requirements.
